Vu+ zero remote control issues..

Hi everyone,
I have a vu+ zero , i experienced a remote control problems , somtimes it work some time no... But when i connect the Ir remote control cable came in the box ..it wont work...

My Zero with or without IR extender works regularly. BH image.

Try use BH image Im see you ask about VTI on BH forum.
Im no have to any problem with remote.
From whot distance you control your box, maybe her is problem or battery in RC.

My vu+ zero remote has totally stopped working, can re enter codes but still nothing, having to use openwbif to control it now.

Hi tried other batteries & today my mate just got his vu+ zero with BH image and his remote is also not working.

Its an intermittent issue it may all of a sunned work for say three channel changes then stop working again.

Also the LED on the Zero flashes as though it is receiving the signal from the remote yet nothing happens

I have sorted this by simply moving the box away from my TV, I have a plasma TV and is 100% causes issues with the remote

This is a known problem with plasma TVs and some devices.
You can also try to put some paper over the receiving diode on your box.
