yes, imounted the hard draive selgat 500 GB into my vu+ solo2 by sata cable ,when iwant to record a channel , Error Message (hard drive not installed or not initialized...)

Have you partitioned/formatted the HDD before trying to mount it?
Don't use the NTFS file system.

Firstly, thank you for help ok I have vu+ solo2 with black hole 2.1.6.1 i mounted the internal HDD (hard drive) by Sata cable ok
after this iturn on my vu+ and i activate the hdd by choose media/hdd then i reboot my vu+ but when i want to record a channel . message hard drive not installed or not initialized .... so what is the problem??? and thank youuuuuu
