weather plugin 'show weather forecast'

Hi.
With green button and yellow you can download the weather plugin and you can have the weather every time you change channel.
Unfortunately now it do not working and it says 403 forbidden.
Does anybody know how i can make it to work again?
or someone to suggest a weather plug, which will show me the weather with the change channel?

Try the attached plug in...it worked for me in BH 2.1.7
It does not show on channel change.....but it gives U forcast for more than one day.

I have it and some else plugins of weather.
Thank you for reply.
Only the weather plugin showing with every channel change but don't work now.

& this is the plug, still don't work..
Does anybody know if there is support about this plug?
(I used location codes from msn and yahoo)
