WebMedia 9.2

Hi, i've installed the WebMedia 9.2 and VLC plugins from BH server. When I try to lunch Rai.it a BH Message appare:
Error with VLC Server:
<urlopen error [Errno 146] Connection refused>

Any Help please?

It seems that VLC is not worken propperly with BH OE2.0 version, see:

Maybe that's the problem?
