Do you speak German?Would any one offer some information to contact the creators of the plugin?
Thanks Eragon, I cannot speak German, but if it is only the choice, I can try to translation using web tool. I try the link.Do you speak German?
Thanks, cyborgpunte for your kindly reply. I know web-browser as IE, firefox .. so on. But I do not know what is the webif inside of the receiver for. It looks like an interface which communicates with IE, or likes some kinds of webpage? I use webif for a while but I am not very clear what it is really for. I have played the setting of Openweb which is installed with BH. The configuration setting controls my IE's access the receiver. However, if there is more than one webif, what is happened when I access from IE? I have installed a webinterface plugin for BH, I have not find any action with my IE. The reason why I try to understand this, is my LCD4linux is function well but I just cannot access the config file from my IE. I just try to find why the lcd4linux cannot be found by my IE. Please offer any suggestion.@mysat-bs browser that is the tool you use to visit this webpage and others such as L4L-web-i/f,
such as IE, firefox, opera, safari and so on.
I have removed the other plugin that allows remote configuration (I don't remember its name) and left only the webif plugin. The interesting thing is I can access the openwebif (it mean I can set my receiver by the openwebif interface).
Thanks, yummer for your kind help. I have tried several things. 1. checked my internet browsers, there are no problem for two different browsers. 2. I checked the firewall, there is no problem; I used another computer, no problems; Conneced the receiver by using OpenWebif, there is no problem. It is almost sure, my flashing caused the path problem. The browsers cannot find the lcd4linux. Except I connot use the webif to config the LCD4linux, it works well. Anyway, it is not important to use the webif because I can manage to use the on-screen configuration. I am more interesting to find why and how to resolve such problem. I have noticed that the LCD4linux seems no version number displayed clearly and it is no warning when updating even using same version. (I did not find, asked this forum, no reply). When I decide to give up, I will flash my receiver. It causes me less than a half hour to reset the receiver.View attachment 13229 Straight through even on smartphone and tablet!
Thanks Eragon. I have read the artcle you referred. The web thranslation is not too bad. The details are how to set the plugin I think I understand what the artcle said. However, I did not find the clue to resolve my problem. It is almost clear that is a path problem, it is very simple , but need a little more knowlege about the plugin.I have removed the other plugin that allows remote configuration (I don't remember its name) and left only the webif plugin.
Thanks Eragon, I guess it is very possible. I do have 2 interface Openwebif and Webinterface. I tested both of them. change settings of Openwebif, My IE does react with the change, but nothing has been observed if I change the setting of webinterface. I am playiing the settings. The plugin I unistalled is called WebInterface, maybe it interferes with Openwebif.

Hi, angelofsky1980. I am still not very clear about this issue. The OpenWebif is installed by default BH image. Do you means we should use the webinterface plugin? Would you please tell us which one more soutable to BH and the LCD4linux? It seems we should not use 2 webif. Would you please also offer some opiones? It's sure that interferes.

Thanks, angelofsky1980. It is very clear now. I will stick on only one webif (OpenWebif), try to make the life easier. The best possibility is to use OpenWebIf and not the old, stuck and copyrighted WebIf.
