Request Aiutino per prima "flashata" BH su VU+ UNO

Ciao ragazzi,
oggi è arrivato il VU+ UNO!
Dopo la lettura di svariati thread mi sono cimentanto nell'aggiornamento ma a quanto pare l' ho già "piantato" :oops:

Premetto che sono un niubbetto proveniente dal mondo DreamBox.

Sinteticamente cosa ho fatto:

Ho avviato il VU con l'immagine originale e aggiornato il firmware tramite plugin/download.
Ho scaricato qui dal forum l'ultima BH 1.7.2
Scompattata in una penna usb fat32 (mantenendo la struttura delle cartelle /vuplus/ecc)
Inserita la USB nella porta frontale
Spento/acceso
Premuto tasto CH-
Atteso circa 14/15 minuti con la scritta READING USB e poi PROGRAMMING
Alla richiesta di riavvio ho spento, atteso 10 secondi, riavviato e....

...al riavvio resta bloccato sulla scritta STARTING...

Ho provato nuovamente la procedura senza rimuove la USB al termine della programmazione ma il risultato non cambia.

Sbaglio qualcosa?

Molto strano.
Prova a riflashare con un altra pendrive .... e se anche questo giro non va... l'unica cosa da fare è acchiappare il log che esce dalla seriale del box con un bel cavo nullmodem e Putty ... e vediamo dove, come, quando e perchè si pianta ......
Pensavo fosse un problema di bootloader, ma per Uno non ne sono usciti di aggiornati ....

Provo un'altra penna.

Indicativamente quanto tempo occorre per il flash da USB. Ci ha messo circa 15 minuti ma mi sembra tanto. E' normale?

Effettivamente è tantino. Dovrebbero essere sufficienti un 5 o 6 minuti in quanto il box deve processare un centinaio di Mb di dati.

Ho provato con una penna Kingston.
Il tempo impiegato è sempre di circa un quarto d'ora. Ho visto dal led della penna che per tutto il tempo c'e' stato accesso.

Purtroppo ancora niente. Tolgo la penna, spengo/accendo e il VU resta fermo su STARTING.

Provo a flashare con la versione 7 ufficiale?

Niente da fare. Ho provato a flashare con la 7 ufficiale usb ma il problema è lo stesso.
Dopo l'aggiornamento, tolgo la USB, spengo, attendo qualche secondo, riaccendo ma il dec resta fermo su STARTING.

C'e' un piano B per flashare da seriale?

In caso mi puoi dire che programma devo usare e come fare?
Grazie per l'aiuto.

Devi collegare il null-modem alla seriale e poi con putty, settato a 115200,8,n,1 ti scarichi il log di boot.Li sarà possibile agli esperti del forum darti una risposta.

Ora riflashando con la COM collegata vedo che sputa in READING USB una marea di questi errori:

Ma hai installato il nuovo Kernel ?
Intendi il firmware TS_PRO.DAT? In questo caso si. L'ho aggiornato via Internet con l'immagine originale prima di flashare la BH. Se invece è qualcos'altro allora no, non l'ho aggiornato.

Scusa la domanda banale ma sono alle prime armi.
