Annoying voice over

Hi, hopefully someone can help with this issue I have which I'm sure it's something straightforward to sort out.. I have this annoying voice giving commentary of what is happening during certain programmes, does anyone know where and how to turn this off please.

Yes you'll find most HD channels are narrated for some reason. The box does remember your preferences but its pain in bum changing every 1 that's why sent you link
