AverTv Volar Green HD

Hello,

My AverTv Volar Green HD stopped working time ago (it was working flawlessly without any problem), I didn't have time to look into it until today and after doing some research (and updating BH to 3.0.2F) I've found that DVB stick seems to be recognized (as dmesg output says) but it's not shown in turner list. Do you know what is happening?

I think I'm attaching all the necessary files but if some of them are missing just ask.

Thanks!

Seems all correct.
Have you tried with only the DVB-T USB device connected to your box and other USB devices not connected?
Have you tried other USB ports on your box?
Have you tried with an external powered hub USB?

Hi, thanks for the response.

I've tried the other two USB ports and nothing.
I'll try later only have DVB-T stick and I'll come with the result.
About the external powered hub USB, I don't have any but I can buy one, there is a special requeriment for VU+ UNO or any could work? For example this from Amazon Basics:
Code:
https://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-Port-2-5A-power-adapter/dp/B00DQFGH80/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1471512452&sr=8-1&keywords=amazon+basics+usb+hub+powered

Thanks!

About hub USB, anyone is OK BUT THE HUB MUST HAVE EXTERNAL POWER SUPPLY.
The one you have linked HAS NOT EXTERNAL POWER SUPPLY, so it's not ok.

Hi,

I've disconnected the HD attached in another USB and now DVB-T is recognized! Why is that?
And, everytime I start VU+ UNO, I have to detach the HD in order to be DVB-T recognized?

Thanks!

This happen because your HDD + your DVB-T USB devices takes a lot of power from box USB ports and the box take off a device casually.
Use an external powered hub USB and you should solve the problem.
