I formatted the usb ( full format - no hurry ! ) and still the same result

other poster - I really don't know if the box is original or clone. Nearly sure I bought it as an original but then you never know what you get.

I think I've found a bug.

With permanent timeshift installed, pressing RED to start (or stop) a recording causes a Green Screen. Changing channel first, so that PTS isn't active and pressing Red is OK and puts up the Rec menu and I can start a recording. If I then press Red again after PTS has started gives a Green Screen. This didn't happen in previous versions

Thanks for your fantastic work. Not sure if it's the correct thread to post this. There's a small bug in the new Eclipse HD SE HC skin. Go to Euronews channel, the one with 13 audio languages. If you press audio, not all languages are visible. Default skin is ok.

Hi, I have this problem. I install BH 2.0.1 and now tried to upadate to A rev. But online update not work for me. My network connection is really OK- all other plugins, settings etc. I got network work . But whaen I try on-line update I always got : Your network is not working. Please try again.
Where is problem ? Any help?

I have to say, bar a bit of trouble with satellites.xml/autobouquets at the start this image works a treat!

The online update is just simplicity in its self, big thanks to all the bh devs!!

I gave one question though, when updates are applied though the online system how are config file changes handled? Will updates that potentially overwrite configs that the user may have customised bring up a warning? Maybe something the personal backup might deal with ?

Since the latest update had updated the OpenWebIf i suggest a small change in Openwebif to be able to show the revision we are as it shown in about in the receiver. Just a thought

I've been thinking and unless ive missed something silly when i tried,II wonder if it would be a good idea on first install if the wizard at the start asks if the is an upgrade ?

If you supply an addon for older versions that tars up all the required "base" files like satellites.xml, bouquets, motor settings

Then when you install the new 2.0.1 version it asks if this is an upgrade, and if so looks for a certain folder or file on the USB disk and uses this.

It's not a flawless migration, but it's no worse than 'windows easy transfer', and would probably make life a lot clearer for other noobs.

This is just my 2c as a novice user, so apologies if this is totally obvious or a crazy sounding idea

I have the same problem, I tried with two usb stick, removed the hard drive, but nothing, gets stuck on starting. I bought the box from islaremota in the beginning of 2011 I do not know is a clone or not, when they started to produce them?


Update via serial could be a solution?

Maybe i resolved, I have to replace the condenser, the box will not start even with other images. I tried to load via a serial port nfi file but vu util does not work. The duo stays with the red LED on with the word starting on the display.

I hope it's just that the problem

you're right, if your duo stays with red light on and you can't switch it on - that's capacitor fault. It dried due to its low quality

Working great for me, had a small problem when loading B16MCC bouquets with my motorized setup, installed Vhannibal motor settings from the feed, then made a copy of the satellites.xml.... Re uploaded B16MCC again and then uploaded a copy of the satellites.xml all working great.

It was a beauty to upgrade using the remote!! The version prior to Rev A worked very well. Rev A just stops 3-4 times during a day. Very annoying and I don't see why it stops suddenly. Where should I look for logs or similar that can help explain?
