I tried Open Black Hole image but HDMI-CEC is not compatible with my audio system. I did come back to 2.1.6.1 but don't know what happen to all Army skins in BH addons. There is only one skin from Army! Why have you deleted most of the skins?! Army is the best for me and I wish to have all of the skins back if possible, please!

I think it's not yet supported.
Report it directly to Vu+ (www.vuplus.com)

Blindscan part is maintained directly by Vu+ so BH Team can not do anything to solve it.
I'll repeat: write to Vu+ about C-Band blindscan issues.

I think image crash is linked to downloading MHW EPG
What is the exact reason I do not know.
You can try to make manually EPG download.
To determine the reason, if possible.

Is it any way to switch off MHW EPG as I do not need it? On EPG panel there is no automatic update so I do not know why it is attempting to download it.
