i am on bh 1.6.6 i want to go to 1.7.0, must i first flash 1.6.7 because of cfe_solo?

I have done a backup (Bhole 1.7.0 vu solo) in USB 2.0.I have now 3 files .1-full backup_solo ( kernel_cfe_auto ;root _cfe_auto.jffs2). 2 -vuplus (kernel_cfe_auto;root_cfe_auto.jffs2) 3-a document (usb tuner).Now i want to restore this backup .Which file (s) i have to use .THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANSWER.

thank you for fastest image that I ever seen :victory:

in our forum we have some users with this problems.we tried to solve it but:
1-we couldnt mount western digital external usb hard(with adaptor)(1TB) in this image.first device manger didn't work corectly and nothing happen.then we tried to use telnet command:mount /dev/sda1 /media/hard.it didn't mount again.(hard was working fine in your previous images and it format is ext3).after backup we tried to do that from menu:menu-setup-system-harddisk-initialization.in this way,we can succsesfully mount hard.but after restarting image:hard doesn't work again!!!!

2-same problem with usb stick,we can mount it but after restart we must mount it again!
in 1.6.7(after reciever mount usb) this happened only when I start my box without usb stick and insert it after booting

3-meoboot does not work correctly with pli images(kernel 3.1.1).pli works very slowly.
pli have some changes in last month,but works good in flash.is it pli problem? or meoboot?(I send it to pli too)

(problem 1 in solo,2-3 duo and solo)

I know you are very busy,we can wait for new image to solve these little problems.;)

iCVS? You are talking about about DM Images. Here we talk only about VU+ images. iCVS is a old kernel image.

I've tested Pli, Vix and AAF in multiboot with Solo and all works correctly: MeoBoot doesen't have any kind of problem actually.
I think you should verify your Multiboot storage (HDD or pendrive USB stick).

1- For authenticity plugin: works fine ==> Succesful auntthentication (waw! it's important to see that the bow is original and not clone!!!)

2- HDD mounted automatically without any problem (HDD 500Go USB)

3- Bhpersonnal backup restored succefully from Bh1.6.7 beta3

4- Time response : very good with disceqc configuration

i am in bh 1.67 and subtitle ver 3.13 but when i run this plugin acured crash and displayed dreen page and than restarted the solo . i have question ? what is the best subtitle player image for persian language ? 2- what image is best for recording on the flash memory ? thanks all

use 3.10 it have not problem

I have Flashed New 1.7.0 image successfully.
No Issues Detecting DVB-T or HDD. :victory:

Image loads Fast But gives a "heavy" impression, also after I have installed updated Default Skin Fix from Army
the spinner is not working properly, I see two spinners Old and New. One on top of the other ! ? ! :confused:

Finally a bug is occurring when playing media with different audio codecs Using Media-Player.
I have a Playlist in Media Player with all my video files.

When i start to play video Audio is OK but when video ends and
MediaPlayer Automatically skips to Next Video with different Audio Codec Sound Is no more audible.
My Videos have .AC3/.DTS/.MP4/.Mpeg1 Audio Format and i Use HDMI connection directly to TV.

This is what I have Done.
I have Started Media-Player,
from Play-List I Played a (.mp4 audio codec) video.
The next video was .AC3, after played successfully first Video the Media-Player automatically skipped to (.AC3 audio codec ) next Video and the sound stopped.
If I manually select an .mp4 audio codec Video and then an .AC3 codec Video Sound is Fine no issues.
This Issue occurs only, when Media-Player Automatically Skips to Next Video With different Audio Codec.

i'm on 1.6.4 BH, and working just fine, i lately had some problems:
- some HD chennels had so signal.
- when i try to record on my HDD (SATA 100Gb) , format it and mount it correctly and press red button ==> no HDD found or not initialized (although it works well with my 2gb stick)

i'm trying to make my box better with that image, but i'm a bit worried, i want to make sure it's working good, the plugins (subtitles)....

Dear Friend Hi.
The Solo Uses only USB HDD, I assume you mean External USB HDD (SATA Hard Disk Drive).
Blue=>Blue=>mount Device as /media/hdd
Setup=>System=>Customize Set to Expert
Setup=>System=>Recording Paths Check everything to your desire.

Which HD channels have Problem ?
