Can not play movie

I get this GStreamer plugins video/x-unknown decoder not avalible when i try to play this The Hobbit The Battle Of The Five Armies 2014 TWA (1).
It use H.265/HEVC to play it.
How to install this on my XMBC in Black Hole 2.1.7.01 on my Solo2 to play the movie?
