Remove all "illegal stuff from your Duo2" and retry, otherwise reflash your STB with a clean and fresh image, and not a " Backed up image".

Image is clean,I think this is a flaw...

Image is not clean, it has many plugins which we do not support.
This is clearly a backup, please clarify your STB

If you don't believe us, do a full backup (so to be able to reflash by it in case the next steps won't solve your problem) and then flash your box with a CLEAN, ORIGINAL image, from our forum (not from some other websites).
You can save you bouquets and channels by OpenWebInterface or software for your computer.
If you are right (but you aren't, because there are lot of "strange" plugins in your image), your problem won't solve and you'll be alble to reflash by the Full Backup prepared before.
