Epg not working

Hi guys my EPG is only showing a few programs after i updated channels, any help would be apreciated newbie :)

First need to setup by menu/setup/cross epg/configure/ when setup there just press exit ones then xmltv providers/select from list then press ok then save it by pressing green button then press download now wait till finishing progress

Iv done all the above but still only showing a few things on tv guide, strange i selected devilcosta english xmltv is that the correct one? Thanks

Some channels are saying n/a and box nation isnt working any ideas on that sorry for being a pain , jist the guy who fitted it all never told us much about it
