With the new version 3.0.3 is nothing more simple:
Blue button to open lcn, select the bouquets of destination for TV and Radio, set Italy and append channels without numbering, and then the green button and select ALL in ONE. Does it all. Only one thing I must warn you: this module does not work with lcn enigma3.x then you better switcharing with the appropriate tools to enigma2. PS. Just in case for some reason the process is interrupted in the screen of LCN Creator, do this: exit the plugin, select a channel dtt visible and be part of LCN and this time pressing the green button choose option "LCN + Creator Bouquet", there 'you need to redo the scan dtt.
