just got my Vu+Duo2 today and having difficulties ... HELP!

Have a cup of tea ( or something stronger ) or it will drive you crazy.

its obviously very frustrating, not only because its not working properly but also for the fact that i had been waiting for it for almost a year now

have only one other usb 3.0 64gb ... that one doest format into FAT32.

but this usb FAT32 that i have, i used/using for various other receivers without having an issue.

should i factory reset the box?

That says nothing
if it your USB stick does not work with your box.

Find a cheap USB stick 1-4 GB
and it will certainly go.

Hi mate I tried 3 different usb sticks before I managed to download image. I like you was ready to throw box out the window. But trust me once your off and running you will love the vu box. Ps do lots of research and reading. Best of luck and keep the head ozzy

other two are 32gb & 64gb (new as you can tell).

Try it but use the HP format tool

Transcend 64GB USB 3.0 wont format into FAT32, not by the HP Tool either.
SanDisk 32GB is formated FAT32, will try out soon ... atm scanning 16 LNBs

Being serious MX is is right, get a cheap USB with no name and it will work fine.
Try the pound shop
