No channel Found with USB Tuner DVBT

Hello I'm running Blackhole 3.0.2.E with an USB Tuner Cinergy Hybrid T USB XS FR. The tuner is found, set up but doesn't find any channel.

I was running this tuner in an older version of BH (2) without any problem ! is there anything additional to install ?

I have run the Debug script and found something weird about errors loading firmware ?

But I've joigned the complete file as attachement

There is a missing file: xc3028-v27.fw
Must be downloaded manually, place it into /lib/firmware and reboot your box

I was finding parralel the solution by installing the firmware from the OpenPLI

wget http://downloads.pli-images.org/feeds/openpli-4/all/firmware-xc3028-v27_1.0-r0.3_all.ipk
opkg install firmware-xc3028-v27_1.0-r0.3_all.ipk

So I try to make my second VU working with another DVB T USB (Siano Rio Digital Receiver) . I had the same king of error message and I downloaded the missing file

https://linuxtv.org/downloads/firmware/isdbt_rio.inp
and put it in the /lib/firmware directory. I have no error message in the Debug anymore, but not able to display any channel and not it do not find any chnnal either

could you have a look at the debug file if I missed something ? Thanks
