It's all under control
I've alread informed our user and friend who doesen't support emus/cardserver.His problems is related to correctly detect his external smart card reader
that's why i hate this forum , i didnt talked about any emu or so , so please get away from me cause i'am old in the scene not stupid to talk about your shitty rules
this forum as only angelofsky which is helpful others are just time waster , rules reminder nothing to do

I've tested them only on Vu Boxes.
Package Details:
PCSC-Lite v1.7.4
CCID Drivers v1.4.4
LIBUSB v1.0.4
Installation Instructions:
If you have installed previous version of this kind of packages I suggest to start with a fresh image to avoid conflicts or remove the old packages.
Pay attention to do not mix libraries/drivers!!!!!!!
Copy all ipkg files into /tmp and install as usual.
Packages tested on my Vu+Uno
hi ,
i have the latest blackhole image installed in my vu+duo & i updated the drivers last night aswell .
initially i was getting this message PCSC failed establish context (8010001d)
Cannot open device: 0
i then installed the latest drivers .
as instructed here i placed all 4 ipk files in temp & installed as normal . i got the message installed ....... to root .
i then rebooted the box & went to telnet & tried this pcscd -f & got the message not found then i tried this pcscd -f -d still the same message not found .
i set the device to 0 , 1 , 2 & everytime restarted gui but no luck . as i only have 1 pcsc device connected it should have recognised it at 0 .
root@bm750:~# pcscd -f -d

i do not have these files in my box . i would appreciate any help & support to resolve this matter .

I need some infos about your HW.
1. detailed data about your PCSC device (Model, Manufacturer, USB IDs)
2. the output of this command: cat /proc/bus/usb/devices (with PCSC reader connected to box)
Remember:
to launch PCSC Daemon into debug mode do the following commands:

pcscd -f -dhi mate i have just tried the commands as you instructed but i still get the same message not found .
i have a omnikey 3121 . it just does not recognise the reader . whilst having the reader connected the green light does come on the omnikey reader .
so i am guessing the reader is fine . any thoughts & suggestions would be great .
