problems with channels in HD

Hi
I need your help if possible
I have a problem with my vu + DUO2 was purchased two months ago
some channels in HD, you see stripes and squares, with interrupted audio is disturbed (before I used only the channels in SD and channel RAI because I had a subscription satellite in HD).
The channel list is updated (I tried both through manual searching, and through the installation of a channel list precompiled) Vhanniba
My currently image is BlackHole-3.0.1-vuduo2_usb_release_20151130_9b83b40
I also tried the previous BlackHole VuDuo2 2.1.7
My satellite system works perfectly as it was done a year ago ', and most have a second set-top box (vu+solo) where, all HD channels work perfectly
As a final test I changed the position of the two decoders,
But the problem is remained the same.
I have posted online a little video to show you the problem is this is the link

The signal quality bar looks OK.
Have you tried both tuners?
Have you checked other, FTA, HD channels, on the same satellite?
Have you checked for interference, from a DECT telephone, for example?

Thanks for your answer
It the bar the signal is at 85-87%
It is a single tuner dvbs2_dual.
I tried it the second input of the tuner but the result is the same.
we are on the same satellite channel Rai in HD is that work well

Is this on 13E, or 19.2E?
On your video I see the channel name as RSI LA 1 HD, which is the Swiss channel, on 13E, 11526 H 27500, is this the correct channel?
Can you please post more details, Satellite, Channels, Frequencies, Polarity, Symbol Rate.

Just checked all the channels, you've posted, on my Duo 2, running Black Hole 2.1.7, without any problem.
Try doing a manual scan, ensuring you have the clear before scan option, set to yes, and see if this resolves the problem.

I have just finished, the manual search of all channels on the satellite Hot Bird.
clear before scan option enabled.
They were found about 1997 canal
but unfortunately, the result has not changed. you can watch the video link

The Manual scan option only brings up the channels for the frequencies entered, it sounds like you selected the the automatic scan, which scans the entire satellite.
I have a feeling that your problem relates to things we can't discuss, on the forum, and not a receiver, or image, problem.

Not allowed to discuss any Emulators, or software relating to the issue.
I didn't say the problem had nothing to do with decoding, but it's not your receiver, or the image, as I have viewed the channels, using Black Hole, and a VU+ Duo 2, without any problems.

Ok
I understand I know that, is not allowed to talk about certain subjects.
but I have a regular subscription,
it is also true that I use a software "emulator" for my cards (RSI and Tivusat)
I think there's nothing wrong?
however I am convinced that the problem is related to the decoder vu + DUO2. precisely the tuner faulty
I will try to solve the problem with the seller. considering that the decoder was bought Newly
thank you very much for your patience and interest

I'm sorry but you are wrong.
An emulator don't pay for Conditional Access Systems ... and emulators can do a lot of things illegal.
I'm sorry but emu's are not welcome here and we are not interested if you use them only for legal use: they can do also illegal things.
