Hello,

As a recently owner of a Vu+ Uno y installed the latest image of black hole 1.6.4, after configuring the setup box for the first time, y tried put my wi-fi usb (WL-167g v2) but it doesn't recognize it.

Isn’t suppose to recognize automatically? Or should y do something else….

Thanks for any kind of help.

I've made a google search and seems your device is supported by RT73 driver but into the driver included on BH image is not listed as supported device.
I will try to solve this issue ASAP.
Ralink has stopped support around the old RT73 chipset :(

I would also need help with this driver - installed Vu+ Duo from scratch, with BH 1.6.5, all fine. First tried with Tp-Link WiFi USB, it did not even recognize it, so I found another stick, which is based around RT73 driver, this one was nicely recognized, but I can't connect to my network. Because of range extending router which supports only WEP whole network is WEP encrypted. This USB WiFi stick works fine in a PC. Have anyone ever tried it with WEP? Does anyone know if driver in Vu supports 64bit and/or 128bit encryption? Or this maybe doesn't mater at all? Can't figure it out what's wrong, have 5 PCs in this network, few iphones ipads all connect fine through WEP, not Vu... Maybe I should try with open connection and see if encryption is a problem at all??. Name on stick is Edimax EW-7318USg

What is the name (and version) of the TPLink stick?
