Dear all you need to set again the root password after online upgrade 20.1 rev a
after telnet my showbox i found the root without paasword so i recommend to set password
you telnet your showbox and pout username root
then for who those upgrade online there is no password so you need to set one
tape < passwd>
the tape your password
and conform again
you can also use plugin root password change (online download)
