Ho aggiornato il mio Solo e con la 1.7.2 non mi funziona piu' questa IT9135

in menu/configurazione/ricerca canali/configurazione tuner c'e' solo TUNER A

Molto strano... sembra che non riesca a caricare il firmware nella pennetta...

Ma tale file è correttamente presente nel box.... (appena verificata la presenza).... vedo che si può fare....

sto' vedendo, mo vediamo, dobbiamo vedere,
anche una stupidaggine va bene :)

Posso fare qualche prova, caricamenti manualil del driver, non so, dimmi tu

Una cosa la puoi riportare: il contenuto della cartella /lib/firmware con il seguente comando:

BH 1.7.3 with manual install ipk duo and reboot.

which shows up as Alfatech 1T9135 in windows, then I've managed to get her working on my Duo running BH 1.7.2

I followed this guide for xtrend stbs.

On BH there are different DVB USB drivers than other E2 boxes more more updated than other boxes.
We have under testing, latest LinuxTV.org DVB USB drivers and firmwares for USB devices.

On 2nd thoughts, I may well have jumped the gun a bit.

A scan found the channels and gave me them on my epg, but sadly, when viewing them, they keep freezing and constantly become pixilated.

Have tried the dongle on my PC and the channels work fine, so I'm thinking there may still be a driver/compatibility problem on the duo.
I'll try scanning from a different transmitter but I don't hold out much hope.

As reported above, we are working around latest DVB USB drivers and we are working around the problem of pixellation with some DVB drivers.

No joy for me with BH175 I'm afraid.

My earlier ET9000 workaround become way too glitchy/twitchy for my liking so I scrapped it.
Have made do with watching our analogue signal straight through my old tube tv.

My wandtv dongle doesn't show up at all under 175 (not that it was there beforehand, under 173/4).
I even tried ftping over the firmware posted earlier in this thread, but sadly it was to no avail.

Could you please post a "dmesg" output here when the box start with the USB DVB-T dongle inserted ?
