Vu+duo problem with some HD channels

Hi all
Today i have a problem on some free to air channel hd on different satellites , the snr stack at 99% without image or sound ; i try may second vu+duo and everything work fine any help please .

Sorry Mr angelofsky1980 i couldn't replay because I was busy, anyway the problem is solved itself I do not know how I just turn the power off all afternoon and everything is back to normal I think the problem comes when I try to lock HD channels with a small symbol rate like: Bulgaria News 7 HD 11495 V 7300 2/3, after scan I find the channel, but with a lot of cut; in some cases I can't lock any of these frequency , after that the receiver start to bug and these problem happens with my both vu + duo each one have it own installation ....!
