Vu+ Duo2 Kodi 16.1 Jarvis PVR Client

Hello everybody,
I recently bought a Vu+ Duo2 box, and i installed BlackHole 3.0.1F Image on it.
I've seen that it comes with a Kodi 16.1 Jarvis by default, same as i have on PC, so i wanted to install the same addons.
But when i tryed to enable TV i had a message saying: no PVR addons could be found - you need a tuner, backend software, and an addon for the backend to be able to use PVR.
I visited Kodi.wiki as suggested, but i can't find any solution, since i don't have any Disabled Addons voice in System > Addons page.
And i can't find any Pvr Client voice in System.
There is anything i can do to make it work ? Anything i can change in Vu+, BH or Kodi settings ?
I hope somebody can help me.

ATM, and AFAIK is not avaiable for enigma2 STB´S.

Thank you very much for answering.
Actually i think i've got that there's no PVR client need to see Zem TV channels, at least i can see most of them on my Windows7 PC with Kodi even without PVR.
And going on trying Kodi addons o Vu+, i saw that i can see some channels with Phoenix.
So what's the difference between them, i mean, why Phoenix works and Zem TV doesn't ?
