It's probably an old file.
epg.dat file you can only see at the moment
if you restart enigma ,start restart box etc.
At this point file goes into the memory
or from memory to the USB.

Even restarting the file is still in /media/hdd.
Is that I can cut/paste?

You use
BH EPG or CrossEPG ??
For BH EPG check Path in
Blue >> Red >> Red
for CrossEPG check Path in
CrossEpg >> Configure.
Check if your USB stick is well mounted
in Blue>>Blue>> Device Manager

I use BH EPG
Blue >> Red >> Red : /media/usb/epg.dat
USB stick is well mounted : /media/usb

If you didn't changed, there's no password after flash.

Maybe you have to check your audio settings.
Try to open audio panel (yellow button) and to enable audio downmix (on).

Congratulations for this new image.
I would like to ask, when will solo2 be able to have blind scan menu and if there is any way to reduce the time that receiver waits for signal on TP while searching. On satellites that have 100 frequencies and many of them are feeds and not always open, receiver completes the satellite scanning after 30-40 minutes, while other receivers that are simple and not e2 for the same thing need 5 minutes.
