Recording problem

How have you got the Tuner preferences set up?
As you are only using one Tuner try changing it from Auto to Tuner A, or Tuner B, whichever you are using.
You might also want to remove the 3rd tuner, as you're not using it, and it might be faulty. If it still doesn't work try switching from Tuner A, to Tuner B, if that fails try removing the dual tuner and test with the single tuner.
If you bought a used model did you first check that it was genuine and had no faults?
How long have you had it?
Was it working or is this the first time you've tried it?

You seem to have Tuner C set as both the preferred tuner, and the preferred tuner for recordings, which might explain the probelm.

Then why have you altered the settings to favour Tuner C?
Unless you've removed the original Tuner card, A & B?
You're only using the single Tuner card C?
The original Tuner card was faulty which was why Tuner C was fitted?
Are any of these the reason for your unusual setup?

Tuner C is onley for test.
Normal i use tuner A.
All 3 tuners is ok i will remove tuner C tomorrow and see if that solve the problem.
C is a single tuner.

I read you found the problem, fine.:yahoo:
One note, i think it was a setup for testing, the internal loop only works on the dual tuner.
You can not loop A to the tuner B and C.
The black wire to make the bridge is bad, you lose 1dB signal, better to make one.
-------------
Slot A.- Simple
Slot B.- Double

Option A: Antenna ==> Single Tuner ==> Lood (cable) ==> Dual Tuner (mouth A), Tuner B loop A.
Opcion A: Antena ==> Tuner sencillo ==> Lood (cable) ==> Tuner dual (boca A ), Tuner B loop A.

PS:The screen printed on the box is for simple tuner and has double tuner/El serigrafiado de la caja es para tuner sencillos y lia al tener tuner dobles.

Did you check the single tuner in the first slot, to ensure that it was the tuner, at fault, and not the main board?
If you ever need a twin tuner you can buy them, separately, and slot them in, it makes viewing, and recording, a lot easier.
Of course you would need to fit a twin, or quad, LNB and run a second cable.
You could also run a motorized dish, and a fixed dish, setup, for more viewing options.
I tend to use the Kodi option, quite a bit now, in Open Blackhole, to view old, classic, television series.
