i guess many BH users,including me, hope you make it happen to us.

Achtung wichtige Ankündigung:
Das MP wird mit dem nächsten Update 3 neue Zwangsabhängigkeiten (python-cfscrape, python-js2py, python-requests >= 2.0.0) haben, ich werde keinen Check einbauen ob die Pakete bei euch vorhanden sind.
Wenn sie fehlen und ihr das Update macht -> wird das MP nicht mehr in den Erweiterungen erscheinen!

Daher liegt es hier in eurer Verantwortung eure Imagebauer dazu zu bewegen die Pakete möglichst zeitnah auf den Feeds anzubieten.

Bisher haben mir OpenATV und GP3 die entsprechenden Pakete schon auf ihrem Feed zur Verfügung gestellt, DMM/newnigma² und VTi folgen noch.
Ansonsten lässt das auch durch eine manuelles nachinstallieren der fehlenden Depends lösen, ihr findet die entsprechenden ipk/deb Pakete schon jetzt auf den bekannten MediaPortal Mirrors (Sourceforge).

I´ve verifyed yet:

OpenBH 0.6 has the requested dependencies needed ... OK

BlackHole 3.0.2 has the requested dependencies needed ... KO ( for know ):

But here are the files needed.

I´ve repacked them for installing too in Solo4k STB.
I´ve installed in my Duo2 and the installation worked with no issues, even the upgrade of "python-request" package.

  • Upload all the 3 packages to /tmp folder and enter in telnet the follow command:

killall -9 enigma2

  • Next install mediaportal ( future version not yet avaiable, probably 7.5.7 )

Hello,

i am new here and tried the open blackhole image 0.6 and wanted to use mediastream 8 and mediaportal 7.5.6 for my Vu Plus Duo2 . With mediastream everything is okay. With mediaportal, doesn´t matter which skin i take, the frame/ or the whole window does not enter in my television. I also try to change the Format on the TV, with the result WIDESCREEN is the best option. In the Mediaportal and in the Menu i also can not see the first letter of the Beginning in every ROW.
Does someone has a idea what is wrong? Maybe there can be also something wrong with the HDMI CEC Settings?
Do i need a very special Skin?
I don´t have an idea.

I hope someone can help me. I forgot to say that i had the issue of the missing letter in all blackhole image even in the vti image. I have to accept this issue?

Hauptansicht Stil : Liste
Listen Modus : Voll
Skin : i use the Original
What are your A/V Settings at your VU ?
for the VU try :
Display 4:3 content as Pan&Scan
Display 16:9 content as Letterbox
You could try this settings maybe it will Help

Edit:
NO you don´t have to accept that cause thats only a settings issue
that have nothing to do with the Image whatever you use

Okay, i tried the settings. But nothing changed. Maybe i have to restart. I prefer wall as style. At Skin Settings i can not change anything, it looks like the only standard-skin: clean_fhd.

I solved it and thanks for your ideas. It helped. I checked again the TV-Menu (its a PHILIPS TV) and i found a mode with was called "native 1080". I switched it on and now everything is perfect.

Ah ok now i know why
it´s cause i don´t use a Full HD Skin so i can choose different Skins
you are right,with a Full HD Skin installed at your Box,only available MP Skin is the clean_fhd
so you can see,i´m still learning too by trying things out

Hi

Today the new MediaPortal is Released 7.5.7
I try to install it (1th try was to override the old,2nd try was to delete the old and send the new to the box )
but it don´t Work the Plugin is now missing at the Green Panel
The announced Solution ( that one in the quote )does not Work if i do it Manual
So the hope is that the BH Team find a solution for that

Hi

The Update from the BH Feed don´t Work too
there is another File missing called : python-six
After i Install that manual ( i use that File : python-six_1.7.3-r1_mips32el )
the Installation from the Feed gave me the same
Error but after a Enigma2 Restart the MP is Updated to 7.5.7 and is Listed in the Green Paneel again
On the Photo you can see the error Massage IMG_20160908_200358.jpg

for me automatic update from 7.5.6 to 7.5.7, after restart extention mediaportal not found.something called cfscrape missing.what it might be?
