I'm Black Hole Driver Specialist, not Vu+ Driver Specialist.
Into AV Setup I usually use "multi" instead of 50Hz/60Hz option with TV and ampli in my signature and all works regularly but I admit I have not done more / intensive tests on this side.

Just do a quick test. Enable 1080p24 mode in Autoresolution menu. Set Multi mode in A/V settings. Then go to your sat channels and turn a random one and press "info" key on your TV remote and make a note what refresh rate are you getting on that channel. Let's presume it's 50Hz (in my case). Now switch to Media Player and try to play a blu ray rip or something which has 23,976 FPS. Then go back to your sat channel you were watching and check on your TV remote if refresh is 50 or 60hz. In my case is set to 60Hz no matter what I have set in A/V settings.
To get Multi mode to work again you need to scroll back and forth in A/V settings, your screen will blink and you will be able to set 50Hz.

thank you for testing this, i hope that you can find the problem and make some sort of fix, if you cant figure it out please ask some of your other blackhole programmers/friends.
Before i bought this duo2 i had a dm8000, the dm8000 didnt have this problem at all, and i guess that the dm is an older reciver with and older software.
