Vu duo work only old image

Helllo to all.

Some time ago I buy fro ebay a vu duo original. Has an old image (dreamelite bh 1.1) and work OK. Few days ago I install last black hole image, but receiver not works; I upgrade cfe (3.0), then I install last image. Staring image and logo rotate always.

With old image (until june 2010) all is ok, but I dont have sound on hdmi (image has just DVI). Euroscart is ok and I not have that error on dmesg. Last image thas work is DreamEliteBH_VUDUO_133D_USB.

I change 3 x AOZ1212 and capacitors. I use null modem cable for nfi image.

Why can't upgrade to the last image? Or how upgrade last image?

Make sure the CFE updated, try loading it again, you can get it from the VU+ website:

Are you 100% certain your VU+ Duo is genuine?
As this receiver is quite old it's not going to be capable of doing everything the latest images can offer, so you might want to try an earlier version, of Black Hole.

100% genuine. Work only image before june 2010. With last image (bh, vix, openpli, etc) logo spins always. Network work; not work webif and ftp.
I update last CFE.

Then there is NO reason for it to not work with latest images, if you have done the CFE update.

That site is for clone images

If you have a sticker on your box telling you to use images from that site then you do have a clone.

Hahaha. I bought a clone, but seller me a picture of warranty and I thought . Hahaha. I was fooled.
All image from this site work. I dont have any sticker.

Thread reopened as it turns out the box is genuine, but @bibic had been using clone images on his box for some reason

Hello again,
Thanks for reopen this thread.
I put few image from clone site and all work. Then I put last BH image from here - 3.0.2F and all it's ok. I made online update and It works without problems.
Maybe was a problems with CFE or flash memory. I dont know.
