Watch TV when scanning for new channels.

Maybe doesn't work, just scanned both satellites and couldn't select a channel with app, maybe it worked last time because was scanning one tuner only, or maybe I imagined it! Either way, i'm now sat waiting!

Turns out Mrs was streaming from one of tuners so proved nothing. Other than it failed when switched to other tuner so waited for nothing!

You'd better use Dreamset.

In less than 10 minutes you will have all the channels you want into your duo, ...... and with the time you will save, you can then watch a full movie , may be two.

I use a combination of autobouquet maker and some channel bouquets I've made for 13e. I scan to see what else is out there.
If your just using 28.2 for there is less point though agreed.

I've only used dreamboxedit for this, may try what you suggest just to see if any benefit, but will have to run under linux/wine
