Duo2 : Dolby Digital problem

Good afternoon, I have a VU + DUO2 with Black Hole 2.1.1 image using DVB-C and DVB-S2 good that happens and some international channels in HD no sound, already changed the parameters of the sound and nothing when use image opempli 4.0 everything works perfect, has some sound file AC3 I install manually to fix the problem? installed also the Black Hole 2.1.2 continues with the same image problem. can someone help me? Have you a device (TV or ampli) that decodes DD tracks? If you haven't it please enable Dolby Digital Downmix in AV settings.
