It's automatic, when you instal the hdd and reboot it will be done without any manipulation

I inserted a hard disk into Prismcube (NTFS) - when it is booting the display says that it is formating, but when I try to enter hard disk in XBMC there is a message disk not found. Prismcube does not see my internal hdd, when I connect it via usb it recognizes it, how to make it Prismcube see/mount my internal hdd?

Latest is:
FW 1.1.12
Format USB fat 32
Unzip & copy folder 'update_ruby' to root of usb drive
Insert usb and power on/off Prismcube
Prismcube will check image and install
Front display will let you know when to remove usb
Reboot

All the images have been good but 1.1.12 adds the most stability. I've not been able to crash the box at all. Works with various XBMC plugins e.g. Navi-X and others....

You are welcome. You can unstall it the same way as described by ekkostar.

Well. Use version 1.1.12.
