Hi all.
I want to set weather on LCD when IDLE.
It works fine, but I wonder if possible to set my location or is taken by itself ?
May I set www for weather while DUO2 is IDLE ?

The answer is yes to both of your questions.
Search within the available options in the LCD4linux menu.
The standby mode is called "Idle" by the plugin.
