To answer,
because there is no need to attack someone for something that can not be realized
without a very great change in the E2 skin implementation image coding.

I think it makes no sense to discuss something that can not be realized within the enigma2 coding.

Just to mention that entry positions in most of lists and menu are not static but dynamic
and it is impossible to use ico files for each.

Adding a single plugin or add to the Menu
would disrupt the entire skin list , Menu List e.t.c

Anche se non è possibile realizzare la pagina del menù così come l'abbiamo immaginata possiamo realizzare lo stesso una skin ispirata al design di Android io propongo anche una con iOs 7

preventing usage of ICO in the main elements of the skin
Such as Menu panels
And then it is no longer interesting.
For something like that we have to change the structure of the skin coding support in the image coding,
and this will have an impact on performance especially on older boxes.

All in all, it can not be performed with existing standard E2 image coding.

Looking at the the screenshots of the skin in this thread,
do you know how it is possible to customize the scrollbar width/color?
(in the ChannelSelection screen for example)

don't see any example in different skin.xml I have.

As far as I know not. >width
The color is possible but again the problem
it would affect other elements of skin and color

Honestly I can't see any coloured/stretched vertical scroll bar in the channel selection screen as shown in the posted video of the working skin.

So, the initially posted images were probably only computer generated prototyping layouts, the actual working skin still includes the standard BH channel selection grid.

Well spoted !! I was crazy trying to understand how he could do this nice scrollbar!!
everything else seems to be doable.
